The program includes a one-day “Air operations” seminar and a two-day “European Defense” seminar (in English), a visit of the Air Base, free-time in Salon-de-Provence and a cultural visit in Marseille.

Delegations have to arrive on Sunday, 22^nd May 2016 in the late afternoon or evening by train at Aix-TGV train station, or by air at Marseille-Provence Airport, and leave on Saturday, 28^th May in the morning.

Delegations may consist of one escort officer (Lieutenant, Captain or Major), and a maximum of two cadets. All EUAFA academies are invited to participate, but as we invite eleven non-EUAFA countries to this event, we have to limit EUAFA countries participation to the 4 first countries sending their intent to participate.

All costs of local transportation and housing will be borne by the French Air Force Academy. FAFA will also provide the meals free of charge from Sunday evening to Saturday morning (breakfast included); one diner (at your charge), followed by free time in Aix-en-Provence will be proposed during the week.
